Sushi Freak is the ORIGINAL create-your-own sushi roll brand. At Sushi Freak, the main ingredient is choice. Customers select their seaweed or soy wrapper, choose their fillings then add delicious homemade toppings and sauces to devise their own unique masterpiece. Sushi Freak was founded in 2010 in San Diego, California by Michael Broder and Jenifer Duarte and began offering franchises in April of 2012.
